Sorry everyone for the waiting. The verticale should be 59 cm ctc. Tomorrow I'll go to my garage and check again the size of both vertical and horizzontale tubes :)

The size is 58x59 center to center. Anyway the seat tube and the head tube are higher than normal, as you see in this picture:

so I think it corresponds to a 59x58 ctc.

Including everything you see in the pictures except the level (which is the small plastic tool to measure the slope, located on the handlebar).
