Just opened a plastic bottle of ginger beer - it fizzed for bloody ages before I dared take the lid off. So fizzy. Then after a few minutes in a glass it's almost flat! Still tastes ok but is a bit... lacking. Not much body - just ginger. Still, not bad. Also had a bottle of the beer. Was ok. Not great. Will leave it a while longer before having any more to see if it improves.
