I rode this around my parents house in North Wales, ended up 3000ft short of a combined festive 500 and December Rapha Rising double.
Highlights -
Riding to Rhyl on Christmas Day - Heady Scenes! Think I saw a fist fight.
Boxing Day was hard work decided to hit some climbs from the Simon Warner book, fell off at the top of Moel Arthur and 'the road to hell' was a real fucking fight. Both climbs worth a visit though.

The best ride was the day before yesterday, the 8 mile downhill through the denbigh moors is sweet and the road surface probably the best I have ridden in the u.k.

Biggest Bummer - I descend like a wiggo, need a new rear break block. On the bright side, no flats!
Will probably start a North Wales riding thread in 2014 with some of these routes.
