ability to run housing all the way = easy to replace, low maintenance etc but the brake feel can be mushy/soft, doesent affect performance.
ability to run just cable in the frame = little harder to run it than the scenario above but the brake feel is more direct
I'd suggest get something that lets you run housing all the way and invest in good cables
