^^maybe send it off to mielec to smooth off the welds or reweld? their welding actually looks pretty good but i would be worried about the tubes being mis-shapen like what was mentioned on the other page, i don't think there's any UK aluminium framebuilders who could assess it though

Just get the OG Ingria checked out the welds may be ugly but just see if they are safe? Then you can think about smoothing welds etc...

yeah if you can have it checked and it is all safe and true, have a beater/rat version and one that never gets locked up anywhere and is just for doing sick skidzzzz on.

^ I concur, make a good beater if it's checked out by a framebuilder/reputable shop.

providing that you do get a frame that has nice welds and whatnot then this will have worked out better than a refund i reckon if you get to keep the frame aswell as half price.
