  • What of it now? All I read about their customer services tallies with this. I'm equally repelled by Google as I am seduced.

    They sent some cryptic email..

    What does this mean: "To clarify, under Google Play's advanced replacement warranty service, your payment method was temporarily authorized for the full amount of the device when you had placed your replacement order. Typically, these temporary holds drop off on their own. We went ahead and removed the authorization and so there is no further action needed on your part."

    Does this mean they never took the money in the first place or they did and it's now back with me or what? Wish they'd just tell me so I don't have to trawl my farking bank statements.
