This morning was definitely too cold for the Elements 1.5 as I managed to arrived at work without making the Nemo damp (fnar).
TM's spot on about it's being perfect for around 6℃, any less (plus wind chill factor) will required liner.
Beware, overkill stitching inside, but brilliant for using instagram with.
