Looking at that, I wouldn't be worried about the frame failing...

I wouldn't be convinced the welds are that strong...I googled it because I remembered something from my apprenticeship about Ali needing to be pampered when welded. The possible lack of pre heat might also explain the twisting of the frame tubes.
