Try Brixton. I think they have an ancient tool that engages with bb shell pilots and does a nice job. Give them an email and see if they still have it, and what they would charge.

As far as i understood from reading up on the subject the beveling only takes out the first 2-3 turns of thread from the shell and that you can still go back to a conventional bottom bracket if one so wishes.
I have a very nice 631 second series chainset in my long length and would prefer to use a Mavic 114mm BB. I've seen a few cracked Mavic cranks which i suspect is due to people using the wrong tapers.
Does anyone know of any shops in the London area that can chamfer face a bottom bracket shell to accept a Mavic BB?
