sorry to see that considering the wait you've gone through! (i remember you posted some pics ages ago and even then you'd already been waiting a while). i'd definitely get in touch with them and ask for a refund first. they shouldn't put you through that much and deliver such a bad product. if they care at all about their business they should give you a refund (and cast that frame into mt. doom). if they don't, start a thread which will hopefully deter other people from buying from them and force them to change their wicked ways.
