What kind of claim would likely be considered by a court from a disgruntled former employee?
I'm guessing these are banking jobs.. different world to rest of us.
Basically you have zero rights as a worker in this country, other than to find another job whenever you feel like it.
Disappointed that the majority of forumers have 'never' been fired.
Its somthing that should be experienced at least once or your not pushing yourself.
