Which Groupset?

I have a concorde steel frame tht I've just upgrade the wheels on but it still has an old shimano 600 group w/friction shifters

wd all these play nicely together and wd there be any problems fitting them on my concorde? my new wheels are 10sp compatible

225 for a mix of tiagra/105 seems good value to me when sora is around 210 online
