My opinion, sell whatever you want bearing whatever branding you want on one condition - you are implicitly clear about which items are not 'as branded'.
Using the word 'replica' once in the body of an advert is not being implicitly clear and for that you deserve what you get be that a neg rep or messages on your user profile warning potential buyers off of you.
