Looking at the weather map, it looks like the rain is coming from the sw, and there have been a few tiny drops down here, but nothing significant... I'm considering coming up as long as it doesn't start pissing down in the next hour.
Nb, also north London only get's brushed by the edge of te weather front going past, so if their forecast is a couple of miles out it could easily be dry today.
Edit: in case anyone's wondering it is properly pissing down now.
