Wanted: Few parts to finish build (geared)

I'm after the following;

• 44 or 46cm wide, but 26mm road bar (budget of £10)
  
• 34.9mm front derailleur double (budget of £10)
  
• brakeset, ideally Shimano 105 or equiv (budget of £20)
  
• 34.9mm seat collar (seat post clamp) (budget of £3)
  
• Shimano hollowtech english BB (£10 budget)
  
• SRAM GXP BB (£10 budget)
  
  
  

I'm based outside of London so will need items posting.

Would prefer to get a decent set of brakes as the bike will see a lot of miles (and the generic cheapy brakes don't really do the job for me). Thanks for the offer though
