that's not 100% right.
I've a Pelizzoli Pista GP frameset. I've paid 1000€ for frameset with custom geometries, custom paintset, and full chromed fork.
"standard" Pelizzoli Pista Gp (like yours I think) costs less than 900 euro (if I remember right, about 870)
However, tube set is Columbus Spirit Keirin
