For learning Flow bindings are the best, no doubt.
I've used them quite a lot as well and don't see much difference, just super convenient. Saying that I only really unbuckle if I am unbuckling the board anyway so don't profit much.

I'd expect them to be universal but it states on page that they won't fit pre 2007 so can't risk it really. Hopefully something will turn up.

Off topic here but a little desperate.
Setting up old snowboard of mine for lady friend as we're going out on 27th December only to find that one of the disk parts that attaches the binding to the board is AWOL.
ie this but not quite this as this is for 2007 onwards, mine are way old.
If anyone has any Flow bindings or any bindings for that matter that I could pick up that would be amazinggg. if for some crazy reason someone has old flow bindings with this part I'd buy them instead.
