i'd rather not travel round the country playing in different muga's of random sizes with metal fences to gutters and moss. I'd rather play once (or twice max uk champs & qualifier or combined) a year on an awesome purpose built court 40x20 with rad boards that you can check the fuck out of people! Lots of different scenes can host this annual tourney (or 2 tourneys if the people want two) so we get to travel abit have a party. We should push the standards up for courts and have these as the premier events for uk teams. Obviously locations hard to find but they do exist!
The year we did the NS they also had the worlds in Seattle which i subsequently had no money to travel too as spent it all on the NS! Smaller adhoc tourneys can be played anytime with less need for board specs, court size, surface etc..
