Call out an arsehole by being an arsehole, and therefore getting called out. You are on here actively being an arsehole, so attracting callers out to you. He is over on facebook so people probably can't be arsed following him about the internet for a spurious, if arseholic comment. Calling you out on here is also different from attempting to contact you employers.
