You'll get double or triple your asking price on eBay.
Expect loads of questions.

Who???

Road rims built on track hubs right? At least I could not find bora track version in old Campagnolo catalogues, only road ones.

Looks like these have taken a hike in price now too:

I bought them. They were planned to go on my personal track bike / show bike, but the rub marks and the friction on the rear hub ruled that out.

They run straight and true within 2-3 mm.
So not true then?
-
• #17
Pretty much every vintage carbon wheel I have sold over the years does not run true perfectly. Probably because carbon technology back in the days didn't allow for perfectly straight rims to start with. That said, I have not tried to true the rear wheel myself, seeing as it would require removing the tubular.

So these small defects forced you to make a fat profit from them rather than sell them back on the forum for the bargain price you got them for? That makes sense...

So no gold star, buying cheap on the forum to profit on eBay. Oh dEar.

In am in the business of buying and selling bike parts. That said, normally I don't buy items on forums other than items for personal use. The same goes for selling on forums, if I didn't use it myself I won't be selling it. That is how I try to keep Ebay and forums purchases and sales apart.

Great example of that work ethic here with these wheels you are selling for 150% of the price you bought them for...
-
• #22
Again, I don't buy items on forum with the intent of selling them off again with profit. However, in this case the wheels simply weren't what I expected.
If anyone here is interested in buying them from me for the price I bought them here, plus a small bonus for the effort I put in to getting them in the condition as they are shown on Ebay, I would be happy to sell them here.

LOL, sorry for the Shamal 650c you tried to buy me on Leboncoin. I was quite sure you wanted to buy them to resale at a higher price on eBay.
Now I am sure of that !

You were asking top dollar for the Shamal wheel, so I don't know how that is any different from me selling it somewhere else?
