Planned out my xmas shop last night, we tend to visit family for chrimbo dinner and I always miss having a fridge full of leftover meat for boxing day -> nye so have decided to do a turkey crown (lazy) and a gammon joint using a now highly apt recipe of nigella's for ham in coke that I also made last year, cut them muthas up and stick em in the fridge. should provide enough to stuff in the many sandwiches that get consumed when by rights you have no real need to eat at all.
