Being entitled to your opinion seems to be shorthand to being able to express whatever outmoded backward ill-informed ignorant bilge pops up in you dullwit brain.
So bollocks to everyone being entitled to their opinion. You can have an opinion when you can justify it.
IMHO...
The FB guy is a cretin and his views are indefensible, and should be called out, even if I don't agree with contacting his employer.

This.
The law does not entitle me to the opinion that I can cure cancer with basil and star anise - well it does, but only if I do not express that opinion. You cannot police people's thoughts and it would not be a good thing to do so even if you could. But you can and should police the expression of their opinion if those opinions are unjustified, unjustifiable and dangerous to others.
The law absolutely entitles you to express that opinion, so you're wrong about that.
And no, there are virtually no circumstances where you should police the expression of any opinion, so you're wrong about that. The most effective way to discredit someone with objectionable opinions is to let him or her voice them. So you're wrong about that too.

Any employer needs to know if they have a dangerous driver on their books. Recent law can put directors in the 'corporate manslaughter' frame if there is an incident in which their driver/employee is culpable while driving on business.

Occasionally, this forum makes me want to kill myself out of sheer embarrassment.
Inciting hatred and violence? What the fuck do you think reporting this bloke his work is going to incite in him? And what the fuck do you think that is going to incite him to incite more of?
We bicycles riders never do anything wrong, we are the enlightened beings of this earth and must stand up to the oppression of those evil car drivers. Only by bringing them down one at a time can we rid this planet of their terror.

He is an idiot who claims not to drive properly or care about cyclists. He is showing complete disregard for the safety of other road users, and this should be highlighted to his insurers and his company.
he is an idiot, no doubt, but where has he claimed to have done anything illegal? where has he claimed to have not driven properly?
i hate the cunts that play music on the speakers of their mobile phones. should i be report to the surveyor gods for inciting hatred and violence?

The guy spewed some ill-thought out vitriol that could, if you squint really hard and take it out of context, be construed as a threat to the life and limb of cyclists, but really is just a bunch of hot air about how he thinks they should be insured.
Cue a whole heap of
Followed by a bunch of pseudo-intellectual wank purporting to justify it.
