Spotted some nodder type getting handcuffed by the OB this morning on Kingsland Road between the Intrepid Fox and the fire station. Noticed the police car with it's lights flashing and a folding bike parked against the kerb and I thought someone had been hit. Then as I got closer I noticed the rider was in cuffs.
