Saw them in the flesh when I was in the Talbot workshop. They look almost like carbon weave because of the check square pattern.

Yeah on the archetypes they're painted as far as I know.
Shame because until its all worn off, they look a bit scruffy with silver here and there

Decals on the Talbot look like they gel with the rest of the bike slightly more than I remember from previous bikes.

All in all it looks great, massive head tube just fits in.

Black on the brake tracks wears off (pretty quick). Great for first pictures though...

For page 1666 I'm pretty disappointed so far.
