Parker International

This morning before 9am i received a parcel from Parker, which i ordered on friday evening, so can't complain. Also their price for record pista chainsets is the best i could find anywhere, cheaper than second hand ebay prices.

And... they do a KMC 1/8" Track Chain for £2.50 if anyone fancies trying out their service.

The litmus test of any internet shop is what they do when something goes wrong, and in RPM's case their lack of response is terrible, never mind the fact that they sent out a second hand item in the first place.

Only time I used them I ordered on the Saturday, got an email on the Tuesday saying an item was out of stock but it arrived by the end of the week, no complaints really.......

There website redesign is rubbish. If you put something in the cart, then click 'continue shopping', it disappears from the cart.

I only use Parker for price matching to be honest, but feel I should defend dibble, they've always been brilliant with whatever I've ordered.

Another vote for dribble, they consistently cheaper than most other places too

I ordered with them about a week ago and the parcel arrived yesterday. I wondered why they were so much cheaper than everyone else for the things I needed. Hope I don't need to return anything.
