I'm probably going to bottle lots of it now, then polish off what's left quick smart. Do I still need to do the pressure barrel stage if I'm bottling? It seems to me that the barrel acts like one big bottle? I have a CO2 cartridge but as I say it probably won't sit in there long enough to warrant using it.
