Ok, will wait until the weekend when I can do it properly. Then it can sit in the pressure barrel for a couple of weeks. That has two lids with it - one has a screw thread for accepting a CO2 cartridge. The instructions says it has a safety release valve too. I presume I use that rather than the other one with almost looks like it's airtight? Why are there two lids?
