• ^I'm interested in this, my vision of a bike cafe has a secure place where you can leave them without locks. No one carries locks on rides

  • Planning fail? I'm sure they can work around it.

Seems funny that cyclists will end up being a small part of the clientele for the Velo Cafe! Wonder if the clubs will run from there?

  • I think 1 or 2 already do

  • Whatever happens I will try and support it. Coffee doesn't end up playing a massive part in my rides though. Tend to ride, come home and eat. Must try harder!

  • I, too, must confess - I hate coffee....

What's the tea like at VC?

  • You hate coffee?

  • Yep, pretty sure it's one of those "you'll grow into it" cases, but at 21 I'll take a cup of tea every time

  • I don't like either really....

  • And you lot have the cheek to call yourselves cyclists??

    Especially fixed gear hipsters?????

You should be banned. Even Harvey likes a coffee and he doesn't even ride a bike!

  •

you hate coffee?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!

  • I love coffee! But riding bikes and coffee are for different times...

  • I'm not a hipster, I ain't even got a Hed 3

  • Finally got in there yesterday morning. Full of mums. No bad thing. Sadly, the flat white was decidedly average (although I'm not keen on Small Batch coffee).

Anyways, they have some dinky locks on bike stands outside - just pop in and ask for a key. It's all windows as well so you can easily keep an eye on your bike while you sip on your Oolong...

    So, now you know...

  • Sir Chris Hoy apparently takes his espresso machine everywhere.
Now he just can't be wrong.

  • Coffee=Leg Fuel

  • Look at all those men drinking their coffee, cough, cough Ollie G

  • Premise does not logically entail conclusion

Your reasoning is inductive, I'm out

  • Good luck.
