original price for this frame is about 900 pounds (1060€) without headset. maybe you requested a different frame (e.g. leggenda) or they increased the prices

nope, still have their response (looking at it now) it was even cheaper PISTA GB in any of 14 colors 650 euro + 60 euro UK shipping but again this was 18 months ago not 12 - that would be like 50% price increase on their part

"standard" Pelizzoli Pista Gp (like yours I think) costs less than 900 euro (if I remember right, about 870)

However, tube set is Columbus Spirit Keirin

nope, you remember completely wrong!
every pista gp frameset costs 1000 euro because every frame is made one of a kind. nomatter what geometries they measure.
and full chromed fork costs 70€ extra. shipping: additional 60€. your price information seems to be old. please avoid wrong informations to push pricing downward.
