The Porto job might be available soon after they were knocked out of the CL and are only second in the Portuguese league. I reckon AVB would be up for spicing up his CV with another couple of tin-pot trophies.

AVBs finances must be looking healthy. 2 sackings in 18 months. I'd quit whilst I was ahead.
Suppose he is on the merry-go-round now tho, desperate clubs throwing money at him because 'he is experienced at this level'.
If I were him, I would go work somewhere else —*he doesn't seem to be able to handle the media here.
I never understood why though, for an intelligent guy with excellent English and (presumably) a shit tonne of media coaching - you would think he could straight bat shitty questions in press conferences.

mike, I look forward to you jacking in football come february, and hearing no more from you until the world cup kicks in bemoaning englands chances of not winning anything, and/or september when you get super excited about liverpool's chances..
Clint, me deluded, nah, just pretty sure that 'Arry wasn't and isn't the answer to any clubs problems.. If you want him at West Brom fair play to you..

streaky manager though. Statistics skewed by battering teams full of foreign plumbers in the Europa Crap

Corny, to be fair I have normally chucked it in by now. This is uncharted territory for us Liverpool fans.

How much of that was due to a player no longer there?

Has Andre Villas 'Can't get no respect' Boas started saying that the players bought in the summer aren't his choices?
He did that weird cryptic interview when asked if he was happy with the players he has at his disposal. Te rambled on about "we" this and that and something along the lines of "I'm not sure if I can put this in the public...."

I disagree. Yes - we should be taking points from other mid-table plodders like Utd, but our season is looking comfortable. I'd hoped we would kick on to a place in the top 8-10, but Benteke seems very out of sorts.
Our problem is consistency and form at home. We're set up to play fast, counter-attacking football which is working away, but we need to keep possession and be more solid at the back rather than sitting back and soaking up pressure.Terrible stats in the Guardian at the weekend about home form - we are the worst team by a mile. IIRC the only team with -ve goal difference at home over the last couple of seasons.
You've got zero bite- especially at home. You only started kicking untd when they were 3 up. At that point resistance at that point was futile.

Arsenal get thumped by Citeh and draw the current holders in the next round of the Champions League but it is barely noticed thanks to Spurs.
Lolololololol.

What were spurs problems? Codnt win a trophy or get in top four. One man achieved that for you.

AVB has been completely out of his depth at both Chelsea & Spurs.
