I hate

I hate when I click on a thread in my subscribed threads list, read it, hit back, look through the list, then pick the same fucking thread again. i think my record is 4 times in a row.... FFS

Get into the habit of hitting the Subscribed Threads link at the bottom of a thread rather than hitting Back. It's worth the mental retraining effort.
