only thing is the cable hanger doesnt clear the massive headtube, so if means the spacers have to stay, will need to do something about that as the headtubes quite tall for me anyway, was spec'd to only have 1cm of spacer (the hanger) under the stem

Fork mounted hanger could do the trick.
