For Sale: Small 49cm Track Frameset - BLB 'La Piovra' Classic Pista - New Gold Paint / Headset

I have a small track frameset for sale. These don't come up for sale often, especially fully refurbed.

History: This was Mrs Stonehedge (5ft4) daily ride since 2010. I have completely refurbished it for one reason only: I wanted to know what the gold powdercoat was like in the flesh and I am really happy with it. it looks awesome in the sunshine.

It has been powdercoated in 'Pearl Gold' then lacquered by Armoutex this week, I have just fitted a brand new Tange headset with sealed bearings and some fresh Columbus stickers. No dents or dings, it is ready to be built!

Measurements are as follows:
Seat tube = 49cm CTC
Head tube = 51cm CTC

The frameset takes 700c wheels and has an horizontal top tube when built.

The sale includes:

• Frame - 2010 Columbus Thron steel, italian BB shell, Brand new powdercoat RAL1036+Gloss lacquer, new sticker, BLB dropouts & chain tensioners (not in picture)
  
• Forks - Flat crown, Columbus Thron steel, BSA threading, Brand new powdercat RAL1036+Gloss lacquer, new stickers
  
• Headset - Tange 1" sealed headset, black, 5mm carbon spacer - both brand new.
  
• Seatpost - BLB Track seat post in black and Cr-Mo steel bolt
  
• Bottom Bracket - 2 Shimano italian thread BB included in the deal, Dura-Ace 7700 Octalink 109.5mm and UN54 113mm square taper.
  
  
  

BLB sells the frameset alone for £589 and seatpost for £22.
I have paid £75.75 for the powdercoat, £29.95 for the headset, £4.99 for the stickers, £20 to get the headtube reamed and cups pressed so that's £130 in the last week.
I am also including 2 bottom brackets in the sale.

I am after £250 SOLD! for the lot, it is all kept at my work in Chancery Lane so please come and have a look at it.

How come those BB's are such different sizes? they couldn't both fit in the same frame!

Macro photo perspective. The one on the right isn't small its just far away.

Imagine how big the bike would be to take such a BB. One for Chris Hoy, or the incredible hulk :-)

Not one to wreck a home, but the frame is awesome - BUY IT!. The paint looks so much better in the flesh - the pictures really do not do it justice at all.

I am also holding myself from pm'ing you this needs to sell ASAP!!!

I had a PM from a forumenger which said they would pay for it tonight so will hold it until tomorrow morning. If I don't hear back / get funds then...

The frameset is currently boxed and ready to ship if you want to organise a courrier, I can provide you with the parcel size, weight and pick up address.

Also, I'm taking the Eurostar next week so can take the frameset with me.

I will be at Paris Gare Du Nord at 9:17 on Thursday 19th December for an hour or so. That option would be free.
