Ben, as per PM, I only want to put my name on the list if the draw will happen on the day with the players that show up. I don't want to be picked for a team in advance and then piss a captain off when I don't show up.
It's meant to be a fun tournament - why cap it, and why make the team selection more complicated than it has to be? People show up, captains pick teams, people play drunken christmas polo!
