Has this been resolved?

has anyone had any dealings with member << t1m3 >>?......paid £20.00 for a seatpost 3 weeks ago and as yet have had no delivery or response to several e-mails from forum member t1m3 am now peeved as in good faith at his request I PayPal gifted payment only to find I have no recourse through them, has anyone else had dealings with this guy?
