How is it that people don't notice a thread is nearly 4 years old?! Wow.
I don't know a huge amount about this frame, as i've not really seen any steel Dolan track frames, plus i've no idea how old it is...but needless to say, it's never been built up, and is pretty much immaculate bar a couple of storage nicks.
It's undrilled front and rear, and is fairly tight with 23s. Some of the features are similar to some Graham Weigh frames i've seen built by Paul Donohue, who has previously built for a few people around the North West, including Dolan. Unfortunately there's no tubing stickers, but i'd imagine it would have been a highish grade of Reynolds (as most Donohue frames i've seen have been).
