Silca floor pump

It might be made by the same asian manufacturing giant as most other low/mid range track pumps and branded as Silca, but that is *not * the Silca track pump

There are proven pumps for that money (joe blow etc) so if that's the budget then go for one of them. If however you desire a Silca then I'd advise you to splash out and treat yourself to a proper one, you'll not regret it.
