Factory 5 is run by a friend of a friend out in Shanghai, decent frames, much the same as colossi but cheaper (half the price) Look for Tyler Bowa on FB he's one og the guys behind F5, although I'm sure you'll get a response through their fb page.
I've seen a few in the flesh and they were tidy. I think Nathan at restrap is in discussions to offer distro to them, so that would be another way to go about it.
