Well trained dog might be more effective and more fun.
Ive heard about the sticker code - sounded like sensationalist guff.
Basically the idea is hoodies go around knocking on doors during the day.
If they get no answer they put a sticker on the door - when they try again a few days later if they still get no answer = jackpot / smash the door down.
It was in the daily mail and reported by my local MP so it must be true...
