For Sale: Colnago Master Olympic Frame Only

Hello....I have finally decided that the frame is to big for me, I was going to build it up as a winter bike, but have just spotted a frame that needs me, so something has got to give.
This frame, in places is in poor cosmetic condition, please note this! I have taken pics of all the worst places, to try and show you. It is straight and dent free but being a paint over chrome, the paint started to lose adhesion around the seat cluster, bottle cage mounts and mainly at the gear cable adjuster/guides on the down tube. I bought it and somebody had been "at it" already, but also I carried out some preventive measures as I did not want it to get worse.
Rather than going crazy with a brush or rattle can, I used Colnago decals and 3M clear protective tape from the automotive industry to stop the paint from peeling away any more. I am also responsible for the white touch up underneath the top tube where it was rusty. The black protective tape between the chain stays, presumably where there has been wheel rub, was not I, and I just left it as is, also the seat cluster was not I although I did put the pinstripe on and the emblem on the bb that has been cut around was again like this.
The chrome is in presentable condition, although again if not tended to will bloom into rust spots quite readily.On the plus side, the rest off the paint on the main tubes etc is ok with usual ware and tare. So there you have it, If I have missed anything it is not intentional. Cash is king first, to paypal me gets it. Could you tell me what size the steerer tube is?

steer tube length is 177mm and it takes a 1" fork
