There's nothing radical in design. My new jig will be based pretty much on Arctos jig.

Main beams are 160x80mm and 80x80mm T-slot aluminum extrusions. Smaller ones are 40x40mm.

Today I made HT fitting for 44mm and 1 1/8" head tubes.
