I think that there is a case to be made for custom when what you want is not available - at the time I ordered my Oak there was nothing for sale that offered everything that it was meant to offer.
Thinking about it, I'm not sure that there is a bike available yet which does so?
Of course, my Oak is not yet available either, but that's another story.
