You only have the right to be fairly dismissed if you have been in continuous fulltime employment for over two years / excepting cases of discrimination/whistleblowing.
Not claiming I was wrongfully dismissed.. I had a shocking month.
It wasn't gross misconduct - still somthing im yet to achieve.
