How is calling me a troll?
A friend of mine liked the first one on fb, I've never seen it before.
That red bike is designed like that for a reason, a function.
'*Another remarkable artifact is the rail bicycle used by employees to get to the Star Bicycle Company factory in Smithville, New Jersey across a swamp. 1.8 miles in length and using an elevated monorail, it opened in 1892 and was subsequently exhibited at the World’s Columbian Exposition in 1893 in Chicago.'

Sure they both "serve" a function albeit the first one is fucking retarded, but you can obviously see the theme on this thread and that is daily function bikes, practical bikes. Bikes that your average Joe uses.
I'm not going to call you a troll, but just because you can quote something, it doesn't mean it has any reason to be there. Neither of those bikes are contextually functional. They are one off concepts. they can go here: Concept bike thread

Bikes that your average Joe uses.
On this page and the last, there has been a lawnmower bike, a BBQ bike, a cargo bike with soundsystem and a collection of bikes with big fuck off guns on. Do many average Joes have them?

Last I checked, BBQ bikes weren't mass produced. They were hack and bolt by normal people. Hence my point about a "theme". Average Joe is simply an expression.

I wish I'd never come across this thread, so many fookin awesome bikes, so little money and room. Seriously considering selling all my bikes and buying the uber functional beast that is the Surly Cross Check.

Interesting post. The funny little white bike has been posted before and slammed, but you weren't to know that. I'm sorry about the abrasive responses you got.
