I think so. Really dark and metallic is the plan, something not too far from this: http://cdn.velospace.org/files/Makino-Frame.jpg

Looks ok with the rack, you got a front bag?
Also, now, it looks near identical to the GH...bar the forks and the fact you're taller than me, so imho your bike looks more aesthetically pleasing.
(wish I was a little bit taller, etc)
:)Nah. Yours is perfect. You still ride the Jack Browns? Will be building a new wheelset for next season and been thinking of trying them out.

On a more wintery set of Vittoria Randonneurs at the moment, less pretty, more trustworthy (in my experience so far).
Will take a photo sometime next week- its on temporary wheels at the moment too- the rear wheel broke at the seam, probably going to go for archetypes on Novatecs. -

Picked up the pub wheel set on Tuesday. Think I got a bargin at £50 since these are mint! Had no idea how weighty they were though!

Secret to de-stickering is heating up with a hair dryer first fam, then a bit of white spirit/cheap perfume/nail varnish remove on any residue.
Of course they will be heavy compared to the AMCs. lolz.
I fitted an Arione Versus to the Donohue this morning, as I felt like the Flite was putting me too far over the pedals, will fit the Flite to the Corima.
I'm not a fan of the look or Ariones on track or road bikes, really not a fan, but the versus is slightly less honkin', and can't deny it's damn comfortable with risers...

Aye good shout... I've used mayonase in the past haha which actually works but can be quite messy so i'll give that a try next.

you're removing decals not making tuna pasta...!
why you would use mayonaise I have no idea... Someone playing a prank on you?
-
• #85992
hahaha!
dude, use bbq sauce mixed with a tiny tiny bit of tabasco. -
• #85993
Rub chilli's on it.

That's even better than the Rapha threads recent 'embrocated balls' admission.

Chewing a Ghost chilli, swearing whilst starring intensely at the decal will make it peel.

The fat in mayo will dissolve the glue but not the lacquer/paint - the glue's not water soluble obvs. The missus (or even your own) nail polish remover is also good...and a fucking hell of a lot less messy. If you're going down the mayo route, be sure to make it hellmanns.

Thought it was a bit chilly today so decided to try Rapha's winter embro which I thought would warm me up a bit. I applied some generously around my crotch area. Little did I know this stuff burns so bad, it felt like my crotch was on fire so I spent about fifteen minutes trying to cool my burning loins with the hairdryer on cool setting. It was quite painful, even now 4 hours after being applied my thighs are still burning hot. Maybe it's just me, but damn that stuff is strong. Will be applying less next time and far away from my crotch.
Pro team jacket arrived from Turkey and it's the real deal, and I could find no defects on it. Best buy I've made, felt super snug whilst out today. Good job Rapha.

Dark metallic purple is an excellent colour.
