  • dibs please! dynatech

Tomato is hopefully buying this tonight.
Just in case anyone else is interested.

  • Dynatech is lovely. My Housemate has the same one used just for getting around town. Wishbone on the seat stays is very pretty.

  • Nice doing business and talking bikes with you Law. Lovely frame, can't wait to get it built! See you around

  • No probs tom. Glad it's gone to a good home.

  • Just realised I'm poorer than I thought, anyone want to buy this...?

Really don't want to sell it, but needs must and I've got all the parts for a new 853 road build any way.

I never got round to building it up, it's been laying on my bed at my mum's house since summer.

Paid £250, would like that, plus postage.

I think it's worth more, absolute beaut. So light as well.

no interest? this is a effin bargain!

  • Looking for a decent frame in 531 with mudguard eyelets & hopefully same for rear rack - front rack not important. Tatty but structurally sound would be fine. 24 1/2 -25 1/4 - 64/65 cm. Must take 700c wheels, 126 spacing at rear - 80s, 90s frame would suit. Near York but could pay courier fees or maybe travel for the right frame.
If you have anything you think might suit please let me know.
    Many thanks, Julian

Good luck with the hunting anyway, Julian

  • I'm looking for a large steel mountain bike/frame, top tube of 58cm or thereabouts.

I fancy making a 26" wheel tourer, rough rambler kind of thing.

    Anyone got such a beast?

  • everyone can please ignore the 2nd link :):):)

I've got an Orange P7 from 2004 sitting semi dismantled in the cellar. 21" frame. TT 58.5cm, so effective tt would be a little more. Has all the eyes for racks. Geometry might not suit though in that it is designed for either 4 or 6" travel forks (can't remember which). No damage to the frame, and the paintwork is reasonably good /what you'd expect for a 10 year old mtb. I could be persuaded to sell it. How much do the frames go for nowadays?

  • Did you get it?

    No!!! fuuuu... £201 was outbid....

here's what JR was talking about btw...
