Car appreciation... the aesthetics, the engineering, etc

Cars like that confuse me - it's a clear MOT failure due to the front windows being tinted to that degree, so you would expect the coppers to pull it over the first time they see it.
That it's running around shows that either a) it's just been done, or b) the coppers don't give a shit.

c) The owner doesn't give a shit.
When I lived in Little Venice, this was a regular sight. Tinted Windscreen and black plates remained on it for a year at least.
