Last night I tried Saltaire Brewery's Cascadian Black. A black IPA (a variety of ale that has never really convinced me) from a brewery that has never disappointed me. I'm happy to say the brewery won out. I'm now celebrating with a bottle of their Triple Chocoholic Stout.
