Uncertain about how Steve Hed does it, but I'm pretty sure Aerospokes are carved from a single piece of granite.

melt down a load of Morrison's plastic carrier bags, add food colouring of choice, pour into mold, cook on low for 108 hours.

Well for traditional "raw carbon" finish aerospoke, led is best added to aforementioned plastic blend to achieve dat rich black.

Does anyone know any useful links where I can find the processes of how it is made, what materials etc.
Its for my graphics coursework. I cant seem to find anything online.
