Yip.
Ours (some of each) didn't care that the balance bike was grey. As soon as they turned four and got their first pedal bike (SS obvs) colour became an issue.

Want me to ask her for paint colour suggestions?

My kid gets a load of pink and princess stuff at the childminders, a lot less so at home but i basically let her do what she wants, whether that's ponies and tutus or cars and ninjas. She mostly pretends to be a cat.

Bought christmas presents:
- Toy kitchen.
- Toy drill kit.
- Toy tenon saw and jig that cuts toilet rolls (I shit you not!)

Unintentional pun. Quite good.

Don't let her live in a fantasy world for too long. I wanted to be a police dog but soon found the crippling truth of reality, I didn't have the correct GCSEs for it.

Have you got a link to the saw? I've already got her some plastic tools as she likes hanging around and hitting stuff in my workshop

All roads lead to beige.

There's a parents thread? Time consuming.

is is a brilliant idea, also PLEASE do matching fades, that would be soooo sick!

Were you inspired by the Vanilla bike that was made for their child as well?

Not a massive fan of three wheels to be honest, although the execution was pretty cool. To be honest I thought the Dornbox one was better.

My post above was very honest.

More pictures! I love this.

Matching fades for sure. Vomit inducing yes. Awesome, totally.
+1
...but I would say that. I like matching things. -

awesome project.
You are not two. Or a girl.
also to add a data point - I definitely never went through a pink princess stage of childhood. nor did either of my sisters.

My daughter refused to wear school trousers, because they had no pockets "like boys have".
Great build. Looking forward to the final touch.

Plz adopt me. I'm broadly self-sufficient and much less bother than a 2 year old. Plus I've stopped growing so my christmas present will last for ages!

No adoptions! If you're small I can't afford the childcare cost, if you're big I acn't afford the food.
Will add link to tools when I get home, it is german, and therefore superb.
-
• #49
All German things are superb?
Blotwurst? Meh at best.

Ok, not superb. Ruthlessly efficient is probably more correct.
We're bringing both our daughters up with gender neutrality to the fore. The eldest is now obsessed with Hello Kitty and Disney Princesses, despite active discouragement from her parents.
She wants a bike for her fourth birthday, the main criteria is that it must be pink. (It isn't, it's spotty but that'll do it seems).
